First Time Logging In

A password is required to use NetBenefits. This is the same number you use when accessing your account through the automated phone system. If you already have a password, go to the NetBenefits Login Page. If not, establish a password.

Note to NetBenefits customers: If you have an account on Fidelity.com and have not established a password on Fidelity.com, you can now use your existing password to access all your Fidelity accounts - through the phone, the Web or a wireless device. To access NetBenefits you will need a compatible browser and operating system. To check your browser's capability, view this list of Supported Browsers.

NetBenefits allows participants in Fidelity-serviced retirement plans to access their retirement plan account online. The availability of NetBenefits and the services available to you depend on the specific features of your company's plan.
